Terms of Service for HouseofSaud.com, operated by GMA LLC: use of the website, memberships, billing, cancelling and refunds.

HouseofSaud.com (“House of Saud”, “we”, “us”) is operated by GMA LLC. These terms apply to everyone who reads the website and to everyone who buys a membership. By using the website or buying a membership you agree to them.

1. Who we are

House of Saud is an English-language news and analysis publication about Saudi Arabia. The website, its content and its memberships are provided by GMA LLC. You can reach us at [email protected], or see our contact page.

2. Using the website

You may read, print and share links to our articles for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts with a credit and a link to the original article. You may not copy, republish, sell or systematically download our content, or use it to train software, without our written permission.

All articles, images we own, data, design and the House of Saud name are owned by GMA LLC or used under licence. Third-party images are credited where they appear and remain the property of their owners.

3. Our content is not advice

Our reporting and analysis are for general information. They are not financial, investment, legal, travel or security advice, and you should not rely on them as such. We work to be accurate and we correct errors when we find them; our standards are set out in our Editorial Policy and AI & Editorial Policy.

4. Memberships

What you get. A membership gives you access to members-only content and features described on our subscription page at the time you join.
Price and billing. The price is shown on the subscription page and at checkout before you pay. Memberships are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
Your account. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Price changes. If the price of your membership changes, we will tell you before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing [email protected].
When you cancel, no further payments are taken. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
We do not refund part-used months, except where the law requires us to.
If you think you have been charged in error, email us within 30 days of the charge and we will look into it and refund any charge that was made in error.

6. Ending access

We may suspend or end a membership if it is used to break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling our content. If we end a membership for any other reason, we will refund the unused part of the current month.

7. Liability

We provide the website “as is”. To the extent the law allows, GMA LLC is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the website or reliance on its content, and our total liability to a member is limited to the amount that member paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change affects paying members, we will tell them before it applies.
