ARADA, Nasma Residences – Sharjah

ARADA, a new partnership founded by HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal’s KBW Investments and Basma Group Chairman HE Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, has announced its first project, Nasma Residences.

Nasma Residences is set to transform Sharjah’s real-estate environment, and is focused on providing aspirational yet accessible living in an urban setting.

With an expected completion date for late 2018, residents and investors can now own their homes in a thoughtfully master-planned community of over 800 contemporary residential properties and a host of community facilities in the heart of a vibrant cultural and business hub.

Addressing investors and residents, HE Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Chairman of ARADA, said: “We are very proud to be launching Nasma Residences just over a month following ARADA’s announcement. This is a clear indication of the reliability and credibility that we conveyed to the market from the outset. The project also translates our aspirations to stay in line with Sharjah leadership’s vision to create urban communities with vast green spaces. Nasma Residences is our value-added proposition to consumers demanding higher living standards combining product quality and affordability. We are confident that the project will be well-received by families and investors who are seeking ergonomically-designed homes in a strategically-located and emerging destination.”

Nasma Residences offers a superior location in the heart of new Sharjah. It is located at the intersection of Emirates Road Highway #611 and Maliha Road, adjacent to the newly developing Tilal City, Tilal Mall and the new state-of-the-art Sharjah Convention Centre. It is also just 10 minutes from Sharjah International Airport and Sharjah University City. The location is ideal for a convenient and traffic-free commute from Sharjah to Dubai or the Northern Emirates.
