King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed

King Salman hosted Abu Dhabi’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed in Riyadh on Saturday, as the coalition led by the two Gulf nations pushes to seize the Yemeni port city of Hodeida in their latest offensive against the Houthi Rebels.

The King and Crown Prince reviewed current developments in the region and the challenge of the Yemen conflict for the brotherly nations, both looking for a swift end to the protracted troubles.

The United Arab Emirates has continued with its support of Saudi Arabia, its closest ally, in spite of recent negative press over the disappearance of a Saudi journalist.
