King Salman and Crown Prince attend funeral of Prince Talal

King Salman and his son, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, attended the funeral of Prince Talal bin Abdul Aziz on Sunday at the Imam Turki Grand Mosque, Riyadh. Senior members of the House of Saud and top officials were also present.

Prince Talal bin Abdul Aziz passed away on Saturday, and was the brother of King Salman and father of Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. He served as minister of communications and minister of finance during the 1950s and 60s. Prince Talal was an ardent philanthropist, and a political reformist, he was a much loved member of the Saudi Royal Family, born in 1931, he died on 23rd December, at 87 years old.
